ENO 『ANOTHER GREEN WORLD』
イーノはイーノでも、ブライアン・イーノであり、岡山・松山・広島等四国・中国地方で使えるクーポンを提供するサイト、e-inoとは全くもって無関係であります。ちなみにクーポン・サイトはこちら^^;。→クーポンのイーノ気を取り直して・・・以前クラスターとのアンビエント・プロジェクトの音源（当サイト内記事→クラスター＆イーノ）を紹介した奇才系アーティストで、元ロキシー・ミュージックのBrian Eno（ブライアン・イーノ）。こちらは1975年リリースのソロとしては3作目となる『アナザー・グリーン・ワールド』です。
後のアンビエント職人への過渡期的内容で、ポップやロックとアンビエントが自然に融合した心地良い度のとても高い作品です。ギターやストリングス等生音と、シンセサイザーの電子音が共存しています。ロック好きにもぜひ聴いて欲しいし、テクノや音響好きにも一度は耳にして欲しい好内容です。

です。下のHMVからは長めに試聴できます。私的おすすめは、フレットレスの上に刺激的な音が飛び交うひねくれポップ「Sky Saw」1、ぶりぶりベースが気持ちよい不思議空間インタールード2、こちらもひねくれた美しさ！一押し「St. Elmo's Fire」3、ロック＆ポップスの音色でアンビエントが表現された5、チャーミングで水の中にいるみたいな9、幻想的な響きの11、この透明感あるピアノと微妙な和声は結構ツボ！「Zawinul/Lava」12曲目です。普通のポップス、ロックに疲れた方はいらっしゃいませ^^・・・
この『ANOTHER GREEN WORLD』の楽曲は全てブライアン・イーノ作曲で、2/3程がインスト、残りは歌モノです。短いインタールード（間奏曲）を挟みながら、徐々にアンビエント方面へシフトしていく曲順です。イメージとしてはゆっくり引きずり込まれ、そのまま眠りにつくような感じでしょうか。

どうも。イーノいいっすよね。昔聞きやすくてココから入りました。一時期はもうイーノしか聞けないくらいになって、寝る時はアンビエントのアルバムかけて寝てました（笑）なんていうか、ザッパに続き彼もひねくれ度高いですね。いまいち日本では知られていないというかわかりにくいんでしょうねえ。彼と仕事する人は凄い人多いんですよね。でもイーノ自身の知名度は低い…。残念です（汗）ザッパやイーノ他、作品数多いアーティストはペースとか考えなしにどんどん紹介してもらえれば嬉しいです。

このアルバムも良いですよねぇ。ポップ/ロック・ミュージックから一歩身を引きつつも多彩な解釈でそのフィールドを押し広げ、かつ後のアンビエントとの境界にも足を踏み入れている凄いアルバムだと思っています。
「Cluster & Eno」も良いですし、この人にハマると買わなきゃイケないアルバムが山のようになってしまう危険な人物かもしれません（苦笑）。
